2. What data we collect

We collect personal data only when you submit a form. The specific data depends on which form you use:

• Contact form — name, email address, message, and the page or section of the site from which you contacted us.
• AI Whitepaper ("From Pilot to Practice") — name and email address, to deliver the whitepaper to you.
• AI Readiness Assessment — email address, your answers to the 15-question assessment, and your resulting score and tier.

We do not collect any data if you simply browse the site without submitting a form.

3. How we use your data

• To respond to your contact inquiry.
• To deliver the AI whitepaper you requested.
• To send you the AI Readiness Assessment report and follow-up resources.
• To follow up with potential clients about our services.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties except as described below.

4. Third parties

All form submissions are delivered via Resend (email delivery service) to our team inbox at newyork@redesignbiz.com. Resend processes your data solely to transmit the email and does not retain it for advertising purposes. No other third-party services receive your form data.

5. Cookies and tracking

This website uses Microsoft Clarity, a behavioral analytics tool that records anonymized session data (heatmaps, click maps, scroll depth) to help us understand how visitors use the site. Clarity sets cookies (_clck, _clsk, MUID) and may transfer data to Microsoft servers in the United States.

Clarity is loaded only after you accept cookies via the banner shown on your first visit. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your preference at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site.

This website does not use advertising trackers or third-party marketing scripts. Browser session storage is used on the AI Practice page to prevent an assessment prompt from appearing more than once per session — no personal data is stored there.

6. Data retention

Emails and form submissions are retained in our inbox as long as needed for business correspondence. Assessment responses are stored in email only and are not entered into any separate database. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us.

7. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

If you are in the EU or California, you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email newyork@redesignbiz.com to make a request. We will respond within 30 days.

California residents: we do not sell or share personal information as defined under CCPA.
